TERMS OF SERVICE

◇ I reserve the right to use your commissioned piece for commission example purposes, for posting on social media, and for portfolio use
◇ I reserve the right to refuse any commission
◇ You may not use my work to create NFTs or for AI training/running them through AI
◇ You may not use my work for commercial purposes
◇ You can use the piece(s) I make for you for personal use: such as profile pictures, banners, etc. Please credit me where possible! (@DragonOfShadows)
◇ Edits may not be made to my work after it is finished/delivered
◇ Up to three revisions per revisionary period (detailed below)

◇ Commissions can only be refunded until they are ~50% complete (after that, no refunds!)
◇ Refund amount depends on work already done: 25% done = 75% of your money refunded, etc.
◇ I will send the current progress of the piece to you as well
◇ Work will be refunded if I cannot finish a piece for any reason, regardless of completion stateI WILL DRAW:

I work with you to design you a character that fits your liking. This can include anything from a fantasy species to fursonas. Lore is not included. Work you will receive includes a full reference sheet of the design, and 30% off a headshot piece of the design!

Style and backgrounds can also affect cost due to the time it takes me to draw them. Below are examples of different styles you can choose from.

1) before you place an order and pay, I recommend contacting me, and sending me a brief summary of what you would like
◇ this way, I can give pointers to how much the commission would cost before you invest any money
◇ the scopes of the commission can also be changed according to your preferred pricing

2) place your order on my Ko-Fi!
◇ please message me with details for the commission!
◇ send me things such as characters, pose, setting, overall atmosphere, and anything you feel would be needed
◇ unless it is a design commission, you must provide me with a reference(s) of the character you want me to draw
◇ if I need more information, I will let you know

3) I will inform you when I have started work on your commission. I will also send you work-in-progress screenshots
◇ There are ~3 revisionary periods, where you can request a limited amount of changes to the work (I will communicate to you)
◇ Revisionary periods are before I line the work, after I line the work, and after I color
◇ Only minor changes are allowed unless it's a mistake I made with the design, etc.

4) Once I am finished, I will let you know, and send you the finished piece!
